| Responsibilities |

Fully responsible for the academics of STD V - VII.Development, re-enforce and review of school academic policies, rules and regulations.Recheck lesson plans, syllabus, lecture materials, Question Papers and other related materials.Provide guidance & feedback to teachers and to the In-charge.Arrange and conduct teachers' training.Developing and reinforce strategies to improve student performance.Parents' handling.Collaborate with school administrators and personnel.Active supervision in School events.Selected candidate needs to travel to Uttara (Sector # 3) on regular basis. |
