Educational Requirement

Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline 4 Years of Honors/ master’s from any discipline and any University
Other Requirement

Experience 0-1 year of experience in relevant field.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the education sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A passion for helping students achieve their goals.
Proficiency in English.

Provide accurate information about services and programs.
Collect and record details of potential students.
Understand client needs and explain basic processes.
Schedule appointments for counsellors.
Maintain inquiry records and update CRM/database.
Follow up with leads through calls or emails.
Prepare and share inquiry reports with counsellors/management.
Assist in formalities and initial paperwork.
Build positive client relationships.
