  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and messaging tools.
  • Polite, proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn and grow.

  • Responsibilities : Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Own the B2B sales pipeline: identify, qualify, and engage prospects (retailers, SMEs, wholesalers, brands).
  • Conduct product demos and presentations (onsite or virtual) and close deals.
  • Oversee lead management and smooth client onboarding in the CRM..
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Marketing & Brand Growth
  • Develop and execute integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Lead targeted outreach through LinkedIn, calls, and industry networks.
  • Represent Soppiya at expos, fairs, and networking events.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies for sales growth.
  • Strategy, Reporting & Leadership
  • Track and report KPIs (lead conversion, MRR growth, CAC, campaign ROI).
  • Analyze market trends and recommend improvements to the GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and leadership teams to refine positioning.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to achieve their professional growth.
