Educational Requirement

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor/Honors Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to lead and expand our Language Training Courses and Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will take ownership of sales strategy, marketing execution, and business development, with the mission of transforming these divisions into a profitable “cash cow” for Connect Japan.Employment Terms

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership
Develop and execute sales strategies for both language training courses and recruitment services
Generate leads, convert prospects into enrolled students and recruited candidates
Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, training institutes, and corporate clients
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Establish effective sales funnels and conversion systems
Marketing Management
Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital + offline)
Manage social media, content creation, and brand visibility
Create promotional materials, brochures, and online/offline marketing collateral
Conduct market research to identify opportunities in both education and recruitment sectors
Organize promotional events, workshops, and student information sessions
Business Development
Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
Secure institutional and corporate partnerships for training and recruitment
Develop competitive pricing strategies and course/service packages
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
Team Leadership
Supervise and guide 1–2 support staff in administration and marketing
Provide training and mentorship to team members
Ensure accountability and team productivity
Revenue Growth & Optimization
Drive steady revenue growth from both services
Develop retention programs for students and recruited workers
Create upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Connect Japan’s service lines
Track, analyze, and optimize sales and marketing performance
