Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
Other Requirement
:
1–2 years of experience in marketing support or sales coordination
Prior exposure to government tendering, electromechanical or construction projects preferred
Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM & e-GP platforms
Strong communication skills in Bangla & English
Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
Confidence in engaging with government stakeholders; willingness to travel Countrywide

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify upcoming government and private project opportunities; regularly update CRM to maintain a strong and qualified pipeline.
Manage the tender process: track statuses, coordinate clarifications, and monitor awards.
Engage key decision-makers (engineers, project managers, procurement); schedule and support meetings and presentations.
