This role requires a proactive leader who ensures exceptional customer service, drives sales performance, maintains accurate inventory, and fosters a high-performing team. The TSO will also ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards while actively contributing to the store’s growth and success.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and in line with company policies.
Maintain store aesthetics, including product displays, cleanliness, and layout, to enhance the overall customer experience.
Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security protocols are strictly followed.
Drive sales performance by providing staff with sales training, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
