With an expanding presence and a dedication to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to oversee and enhance store performance within an assigned region.Job Summary:The Territory Sales Officer (TSO) will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of retail stores specializing in electronics and home appliances. This role requires a proactive leader who ensures exceptional customer service, drives sales performance, maintains accurate inventory, and fosters a high-performing team. The TSO will also ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards while actively contributing to the store’s growth and success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and in line with company policies.
  • Maintain store aesthetics, including product displays, cleanliness, and layout, to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security protocols are strictly followed.
  • Drive sales performance by providing staff with sales training, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Implement and manage sales promotions and initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance reports, including sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory management, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate store performance metrics, challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between store teams and upper management, ensuring clear communication of objectives, policies, and performance expectations.
