Provide basic guidance and counseling to students and other visitors who are interested to study in abroad.
Answering phones, managing the reception area, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate resources.
Providing information about services, programs, or procedures, and answering general inquiries.
Based on pending call-list, call all students and identify potential students who are interested to study abroad.
Maintaining accurate records of interactions, appointments, or client information.
Maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of client information.
Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with diverse individuals.
Maintain strong organizational skills to manage the flow of information and people at the front desk
Help digital marketing team to create contents.
