Contract Duration: Initially 6 months (with possibility of extension subject to funding)VOICE is a right based research and advocacy organization dedicated to advancing human rights, i.e., freedom of expression, press freedom, promoting civic space, digital rights, gender justice, etc., both in Bangladesh and on a global scale. We are immediately seeking a qualified and motivated Project Officer/Consultant to join our team.Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate expertise on gender, disability, diversity, and inclusion.
Support the development of gender, diversity, and inclusion policies for media organizations.
Maintain strong communications with media outlets for consultations, collaborative policy development and ensuring event coverage.
Monitor and analyze media coverage of human rights violations.
Conduct training workshops in Dhaka and other regions.
Monitor and evaluate monthly project progress and ensure timely deliverables.
Contribute to website management, graphics design, digital content creation, and social media outreach.
Assist in resource mobilization initiatives as per requirement.
