Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management BBA and MBA in Human Resource (HR) or Management from any reputed university with minimum CGPA 3.50PhD preferable

Competency in verbal and writing skills in both Bangla and English language.
