Develops and execute business, sales, and marketing strategies aligned with Radisson Hotel Group’s mission and financial goals.
Prepares and manage annual sales, marketing, and hotel revenue budgets; monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Achieves market share and revenue targets through effective revenue generation, yield optimization, and competitive market analysis.
Implements local and international marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Leads and manage the Sales, Marketing, and Catering Sales teams to maximize productivity and profitability.
Reviews business opportunities to ensure profitability and strategic alignment.
Monitors departmental performance; conduct regular sales and revenue meetings.
Controls Sales & Marketing P&L; ensure adherence to operating and capital budgets.
Recruits, train, and develop team members; set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
Promotes a culture of “Yes I Can!” service, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Uses brand tools and business intelligence systems effectively; ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards.
Maintains high professional standards, teamwork, and compliance with hotel policies.
Performs additional duties as assigned by the Cluster General Manager.
