Educational Requirement : Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) Candidates must have an MBBS degree with valid BMDC registration. Preference will be given special training on Ultra-Sonogram and Gynae & Obs.
Other Requirement :
  • Should have outdoor and indoor patient management experience.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the field of Gyn./Obs. in any maternity center/hospital.
  • Should have skills to assist in normal and cesarean delivery.
  • Work as a resident medical officer as an additional advantage.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.

  • Responsibilities : Summary: Bangladesh Association for Community Education (BACE) a Non-Governmental and Non-Profit making voluntary organization was established in 1977 by a group of distinguished individuals concerned with education and human resource development to the disadvantaged people in Bangladesh. Currently BACE is also working in the Health Sector. To develop the Mother and Child Health condition of the poor and vulnerable people who don’t have access to health services. BACE has established a full-fledged hospital “BACE Integrated Hospital (BIH)” at Sonargaon Upazila of Narayangonj District.Name of Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO), Mother and Child Unit of BACE Integrated Hospital (BIH) at Goaldi, Sonargaon, Narayangonj.Job Description / Responsibility
  • Prescribe and treatment for child and gynecological patients of outdoor, indoor, ward and cabin’s patients.
  • Ability to manage child & gynecological emergencies independently.
  • Must have skills in pregnancy profiling and ultrasonogram.
  • Maintaining proper records of indoor patients in consultation with hospital authority.
  • Ability to perform NVD & manage PPH eclampsia & Obs. emergencies actively.
  • Performing routine checkups with patients providing childbirth and postpartum care for new mothers.
  • Providing treatment and counseling to the anti-natal, neo-natal and post-natal mothers.
  • Assist in surgeries and other medical procedures during surgery.
  • Be able to write & discharge patients properly with necessary advice.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the higher authority of the hospital.
