Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or a relevant discipline.

MBM Group, one of the leading garment manufacturers in Bangladesh, is looking for dynamic Merchandisers for its Gazipur factory units. We are specifically hiring for:
Merchandiser (Woven)
Merchandiser (Outerwear)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day merchandising activities in the factory environment.
Communicate effectively with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Manage product development and sampling processes for woven garments or outerwear.
Monitor fabric, trims, and accessories sourcing to ensure timely availability.
Follow up production processes from order confirmation to final shipment.
Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining required quality standards.
Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation, costing sheets, and order status reports.
Coordinate with QA, production, and planning teams to resolve any issues.
Manage approvals for lab dips, strike-offs, samples, and other buyer requirements.
