  • Responsibilities : Location: Gec to Agrabad, Chattogram.Joining: ImmediateKey Responsibilities:Guest Reception & Check-In/Check-Out
  • Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Handling - check-in/check-out procedures, including verifying guest details, assigning rooms, and issuing key cards.
  • Processing payments, managing deposits, and ensuring accurate billing.
  • Guest Services & Problem Resolution.
  • Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Addressing guest complaints promptly and coordinating with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to resolve issues.
  • Offering personalized service, such as remembering guest preferences or acknowledging special occasions.
  • Administrative & Clerical Tasks
  • Managing reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Maintaining guest records in the Property Management System (PMS)
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordination with Other Departments
  • Liaising with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and special requests (e.g., early check-ins).
  • Communicating with *%maintenance for repairs and F&B teamsfor dining arrangements .
  • Security & Safety Compliance
  • Managing key control and ensuring guest security.
  • Following emergency protocols (e.g., fire alarms, medical situations).
  • Upselling & Revenue Generation
  • Promoting room upgrades, dining options, and hotel services to enhance revenue.
  • Maintaining Front Desk Operations
  • Keeping the reception area clean and organized.
  • Performing shift handovers and updating logs for the next team.
