  • Require strategic thinking, adaptability, effective communication, and a deep understanding of the real estate market dynamics.
  • Computer Knowledge: such as English & Bangla type with good speed, Photoshop
  • Candidates must be Honest, Smart, good looking, Dynamic, Energetic and Hard working.
  • Candidates must be able to speak nicely in all situations
  • Experience : 2 to 3 years
    Responsibilities :
  • Achieving individual sales target.
  • Achieve monthly sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.
  • Prepare and analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
  • Individual sales target.
  • Selling available products of the organization.
  • Understand property paper.
  • Respond to sales inquiry.
  • Property Visit & Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
  • Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment ensuring daily visit to the client.
  • Achieving sales target given by the management.
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customer.
  • Deal with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining clients' database, maintain sales & others reports.
  • Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly sales report.
  • Presenting company product and services to the clients.
  • Right attitudes for promoting company's product and brand image.
  • Collect/provide any documents to the owner or buyer if necessary.
  • Update daily & monthly report of their activities.
  • Direct marketing and selling available products of the organization.
  • Property Visit & Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
  • Maintaining clients' database, maintain sales & others reports.
  • Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly sales report.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plan.
  • Prepare and analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
  • Organize & participate in sales related events.
  • Achieve sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.
  • Presenting company product and services to the clients.
  • Initiating new ideas and convert them in to business.
  • Collect leads from the field on daily basis.
  • Contact with managers/care takers of every building road-wise in order to collect sales information
