Strong knowledge of hatchery management, incubation and bio-security.
Strong analytical and negotiation skill.

Responsibilities
:
Supervise egg receiving, inspection, fumigation, and proper storage by lay date and flock.
Monitor incubator conditions including temperature, humidity, and egg turning 24/7.
Ensure cleanliness and biosecurity in the setting room, incubators, and hatchers.
Oversee chick pull-out, grading, counting, and vaccination as per SOP.
Coordinate timely dispatch of day-old chicks according to orders and vehicle capacity.
Maintain accurate records for egg batches, hatch performance, and chick quality reports.
Manage and allocate workers to meet operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with hatchery SOPs, quality, and biosecurity standards.
