| Responsibilities |

Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.Installation and maintenance of desktop PCs, laptops, and office IT equipment.Maintain and update IT inventory, software license records, and asset tracking.Document IT procedures, network diagrams, user manuals, and system configurations.Maintain documentation for vendor coordination, procurement, and IT service records.Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT personnel and follow up as needed. |
