Responsibilities
:
Applications are invited from experienced and qualified candidates for the position of Plumber on prevailing terms and conditions of IAHS-H.Job Responsibilities:
To install water supply systems, sanitary systems, and drainage systems.
To fit and install plumbing fixtures like sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters
To install appliances like dishwashers, washing machines, and water filtration systems.
To inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure proper operation.
To perform routine maintenance and upgrades to existing systems.
To clean and maintain septic systems and sewage lines.
To troubleshoot and fix issues such as leaks, clogs, burst pipes, or broken fixtures.
To replace worn or damaged parts (pipes, valves, washers, etc.).
To respond to plumbing emergencies, such as overflowing or gas leaks.
To ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
To read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map out plumbing systems.
To follow safety procedures, especially when dealing with hazardous materials or confined spaces.
To execute any other tasks assigned by the authority
