1-3 years of experience in corporate marketing department, digital marketing and advertising agency.
Strong understanding of mapping, brand persona, customer service, sales.
Understanding of marketing strategy, creative, print production, media and digital.
Knowledge of customer services, sales, retail structure, operations, account service/sales management, best practices and proven ability to communicate and implement
Ability to work with a team to think strategically and act tactically in order to align our services with customer needs.
The Marketing & Sales acts as a servicing person responsible for the conceiving, managing and executing marketing initiatives and management of all advertising programs and associated revenue pre- and post-sale. This includes media plan creation, campaign implementation, optimization, reporting, program retention, renewal and ensuring prompt and proper resolution of advertiser business issues to our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Playing an integral role in new business development and hold responsibility for effectively managing clients.
Primary day-to-day contact with clients.
Finding new business opportunity.
Making calls to the Clients & set meeting.
Go to meetings with the team.
Manage and maintain campaigns.
Take creative briefs and effectively communicate to teams.
Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all services provided to the Client(s)
Properly doing the sales given by the supervisor/higher management.
Play an integral part in overall success of team and take responsibility.
Any other responsibility assigned by the Management and Supervisor.
