Appointment Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meeting rooms.
Mail and Delivery Handling: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like data entry, typing, filing, and general office support.
Maintaining the Reception Area: Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Customer Service: Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience for visitors and clients.
Inventory Management: Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
Security: Ensuring visitors sign in and out and adhering to company security procedures.
