Plan, coordinate, and oversee all catering events
Ensure timely setup and breakdown of service areas
Supervise staff, assign roles, and train team members
Manage logistics for food delivery, equipment, and staffing
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment
Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance
Maintain event logs, incident reports, and operational checklists
Report daily activities and suggest improvements
