Educational Requirement
:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Diploma in Hotel Management Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field preferred.Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management with relevant experience will also be considered.Certifications (Preferred):CRM or Sales Software CertificationDigital Marketing or Customer Relationship TrainingBasic Food Safety Awareness (a plus)

Familiarity with local markets and corporate/event clients
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic proposal writing
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
Valid driver’s license and personal transportation preferred

Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base.
Manage brand presence and customer engagement initiatives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, wedding, and private event sectors
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand event needs
Prepare and submit competitive proposals, quotations, and contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
Collaborate with internal teams (culinary, operations, logistics) to ensure service excellence
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide weekly sales reports
Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry networking events
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
