This role is fully focused on field work. No desk work is associated. So you have to be on the go, always running around in the market.

Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.

Actively generate new sales leads through cold calls, in person visits to hospitals and clinics on a daily basis, emails, and networking.
Present and promote our products/services to potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service.
Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.

Salary: Base Salary + Commission
Base Salary: Start from BDT 12000. Negotiable
Commission: Earn extra on every sale you make. The more you sell, the more you earn! There are many different products, commission on sales, and their details will be provided during the interview. With commission, monthly earnings can go up to 50000 or more.
Conveyance cost for transportation will be provided.
