Educational Requirement
:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering Bachelor degree in Engineering (Preferably in Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial or related discipline.Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be given preference

3 years’ experience in the related field.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities
:

Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with foreign suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate terms and conditions, prices, and contracts to secure advantageous agreements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the procurement needs and develop procurement plans.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and sales requirements.
Continuously analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
Monitor order status, resolve any issues, and communicate updates to relevant teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to streamline the supply chain process.
