Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized beauty consultations based on individual needs and preferences.
Recommend and promote a wide range of products across Skin Wellness, Makeup, Hair Wellness, Mind & Body, and Fragrances.
Demonstrate product application and educate customers on benefits, usage, and routines.
Stay current on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store promotions.
Maintain visually appealing and well-stocked shelves and displays.
Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through loyalty initiatives and follow-up services.
Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure all hygiene, grooming, and safety protocols are strictly followed.
