A reputed group is looking for the following personnel to join with its brand new 3 star rated resort (Paragon Hotel and Resort Limited) at Sreemangal, Moulvi Bazar with immediate appointment.Report To: Head of Operations / General ManagerJob Responsibilities:
Maintain continuous coordination among Front Office, House Keeping and Sales Team
Handling guest inquiries, booking accommodations and process reservations
Manage and report on all reservation cancellations, modifications and on no-shows
Confirm reservations and send confirmations to guests, pre-arrival follow-up with guest
Respond inquiries via phone, email or other online booking platforms
Respond to customer questions and complains and resolving issues promptly
Provide regular reports to management on customers complains, suggestions and reviews
Ensure proper steps are taken at reservations stage to maximize room occupancy
Execute any other task as assigned by the superior
