| Responsibilities |

Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the needs of students.Deliver engaging and interactive classes focusing on the four key areas of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles.Student Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress.Provide detailed and constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.Identify individual student needs and tailor lessons accordingly.Resource Development: Create and update instructional materials and resources.Stay current with IELTS exam formats and requirements to ensure teaching materials are up-to-date.Student Support: Offer one-on-one support and guidance to students outside of regular class hours.Motivate and encourage students to achieve their target scores.Address any academic or personal concerns that may affect student performance.Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and strategies. |
