Proven experience in managing a Security Operations Center.
Proven experience in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
Strong understanding of network security concepts, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Industry-recognized security certification will be preferred (e.g., OSCP, CISSP, CISA, CEH, etc.).

Develop and implement SOC policies, procedures, and best practices.
Analyze security alerts and incidents, prioritizing and escalating threats as needed.
Oversee the investigation and remediation of security incidents, adhering to established protocols.
Manage and maintain SOC technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Continuously improve SOC processes and procedures, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing engagements.
Design, implement, and manage advanced security controls and architectures.
Analyze security incidents and implement effective incident response strategies.
Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security threats and trends.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain documentation for security policies and procedures.
