Good command in English; both in verbal and written is a must. Preferably has a British or US accent.
Strong communication skills over the phone and email for this role is vital.
Must be able to use different meeting platforms and social media.
Having strong Computer and IT skills, especially in Microsoft office and Google suite products.
Must be analytical, confident, multitasking and organised.
Able to work and collaborate with different departments and teams.
You genuinely care about our customers and you need to be someone who stays calm under pressure and works independently with little or no supervision.
You must multitask and handle stress under pressure.
This is an onsite role 6 days a week
(8.00 pm to 05.00 am).
