Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee on-site and remote IT support operations for clients and internal teams.
Manage complex troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and security issues.
Supervise installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, network devices, CCTV, IP phones, and IoT devices.
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and service logs.
Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff and clients.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
Participate in planning and implementing IT infrastructure upgrades.
