10-15 years of experience in HR covering proven organizational development initiatives plan and implementation.
Strong analytical ability of inferring meaningful data from a pool of information and translating it into organizational need and action plan.
Experience in globally accepted and employee focused ‘Engagement’ initiative that enhances organizational culture and employee morale.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Team player, well conversant and dynamic in adaptability.
Ability to honestly and impactfully communicate with team and all the other stakeholders.
Competent in using modern technological tools to the benefit of increasing work process efficiency and effectiveness of daily functions.
Strong insight in Bangladesh Labor Law and its possible implications related to organizational development & People Engagement.

Organizational development: driving change management initiatives, helping the organization adapt and thrive in an evolving business environment. Lead and support change management processes to align with strategic goals.
Organizational restructuring & organogram: make changes to organization structure, systems, and processes to achieve organization goals and objectives more effectively. Prepare organogram incorporating changes to meet organizational long-term goals.
Manpower planning: assess exactly how many employees require under various departments or in distinct roles avoiding over hiring or under hiring in organizations.
HR Strategy & people alignment: leading the development and execution of HR initiatives that directly support the company’s goals and long-term strategy. Designing and implementing organizational development strategies to improve team performance and leadership effectiveness.
Culture & people engagement: cultivating a workplace environment that supports growth, innovation, employee engagement, and inclusivity. Enhance employee satisfaction and foster a positive workplace culture.
Talent management & succession planning: overseeing talent acquisition and retention efforts while maintaining a strong talent pipeline for critical roles. Drive performance management (KPI and competencies driven) and career cycle management process. Ensure performance reviews, mid-year check-ins, and continuous feedback sessions among managers and employees.
Diversity & inclusion: championing initiatives to build an inclusive and diverse workforce, actively working to create a workplace where all employees feel welcomed, respected, and empowered.
