Age at least 32 years
10-15 years of experience of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position overseeing HRMS, preferably in the RMG sector.Proven track record of implementing and managing PMS and HRMS frameworks in large organizations, preferably in the RMG sector.Hands-on expertise in HRMS customization, integration, and data-driven reporting.Strong proficiency in HR analytics, dashboard creation, and HR software tools.In-depth knowledge of HR policies, processes, and compliance standards.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.Certification in HR Analytics, or Performance Management will be an added advantage.Experience in handling large-scale workforce operations in labor-intensive industries is desirable.Proficiency in English and Bengali for effective communication and documentation.

Responsibilities
:
Leading the selection, customization, and implementation of a user-friendly HRMS that integrates all HR functions (recruitment, payroll management, performance management process, final settlement etc.).Managing & optimizing HRIS for seamless data management & reporting.Design, implement, and maintain an effective performance management framework in HRMS.Data analysis, dashboard reporting and documentation.Leverage data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.Develop standard HR dashboards and report formats by HRMS for recruitment, retention, training outcomes, performance metrics, and turnover analysis etc.Ensure PMS and HRIS comply with all internal and external regulatory requirements. Enhance HR processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.Ensure all HR practices comply with national, state, and local labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risk for the organization. Develop policies & standard operating procedures.
