Responsibilities	:	We seek a dedicated, compassionate Junior Executive for our call centre at Crystal Global Study-CGS. You will provide high-quality customer service to students who wish to study abroad. Handle inbound and outbound client calls or queries Resolve client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty Maintain client records and update details as needed Collaboration with colleagues and addressing client concerns Ensure client satisfaction and strive to improve delivered service
