Monitor and supervise distributor/dealer, wholesalers, retailers, and departmental stores to achieve the goal.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans and monitor them properly to achieve the sales target.
Scheming and executing strategic sales, marketing, and promotional proposals.
Accomplishing development and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Responsible for primary lifting & secondary sales.
Ensure sales distribution, merchandising, and display works aligned with company objectives.
Forecasting for the future based on market analysis and reporting to the supervisor as required.
Prepare weekly & daily visit plans and visit customers accordingly. Submit visit reports to supervisors and build a database.
Dispute management and oversee necessary legal & compliance issues with dealers, distributors/agents. Collect receivables and take necessary action to realize them (as per requirements).
Market price monitoring, analysis of competitors' prices, and suggestions for finalizing the best price for selling products.
