Responsibilities
:
Identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Hostel.
Ensuring all operational aspects of the Branch including, Front Office, housekeeping, quality of food, daily billings & payments, booking information and customer service.
Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.
Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
Train up, Operate, Manage and monitor of Front Desk Team.
Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensuring daily visitor and bookings.
You will be highly responsible for increasing the sales, improve the customer satisfaction by improving service and maintain tidy cleanliness of the branch.
Should have guts to fight with the wrong world and become a leader.
