The executive/senior marketing executive will report directly to the Executive Director and work in coordination with the Head of Business as well as other marketing department employees.   • Identify, generate, and follow up with client leads for the sale of CDL's commercial and residential real estate products
  • The candidate should encouraged and should have a positive mindset.
  • Tactfully and strategically managing client relationships including both existing and prospective clients
  • Deploying a variety of communication channels to engage with clients including email, phone, Facebook, and in-person meetings
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of real estate products and services in order to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily/monthly/quarterly sales targets with respect to the growth of this organization.
  • Participate in national-level exhibitions, fairs, and conferences on behalf of the company
  • Negotiate and close deals tactfully, timely and in an efficient way
  • Strategically and positively respond to client complaints and concerns and build company goodwill if and when required
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather existing and prospective clients' feedback and share with internal teams
  • Directly report to senior management on the progress of sales growth, receiving feedback and guidance and follow-up instructions
