Responsibilities
:
Manage after-handover building services related to civil, electrical, plumbing and other relevant issues (Like-internet, CCTV, solar system etc.)Lead the service management team and monitoring staffs.Direct, monitor and schedule daily maintenance services (civil, electrical, plumbing etc.) operation.Develop & find the scope of responsibilities for each establishment/building as per client requirement.Ensure client satisfaction and collect feedback periodically.Maintain holding tax, utility bills & services (Gas, Electricity & water) as a part of day to day operation.Monitoring on building systems like LPG reticulation system, fire-fighting system, EME (lift, substation, generator), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning), BMS (Building Management System) etc.Process service bills, petty cashes, utility bills etc.Supervision gardening service at building premises.Respond promptly to customer complaints, acknowledge issues and work diligently to resolve them as early as possible.Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.Efficient handling of emergency situation.Communication and good relation with relevant government and private authorities.Legal support to clients as per their requirement.
