Responsibilities
:
We are looking for self - motivated, proactive and energetic person for the position of a Manager, Accounts & Finance who is willing to work at corporate office.
Ability to prepare Financial statement Monthly within 10th day in every next month and Yearly within 31st July in every year, through ERP system
Preparation of monthly Cash Flow statement..
Preparation of MIS report in every month
To manage day-to-day accounting records including ERP entries.
Assist in daily Fund Management and Loan Management by proper monitoring and control.
Communicating with Banks to ensure proper flow of daily transaction.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation as per assigned portfolio by the Management.
Provide necessary bank vouchers regarding loans, financing cost, bank charges, remittance, provision, adjustment, rectification, reversal etc. to support management and legal accounts.
Report of any unusual activities like delay in depositing collections, Interest, charges calculation of overdraft and short-term loan and term loan etc.
Planning and implementation Sales collection daily weekly and monthly.
To look after the inventory management.
Other tasks are allocated by the reporting person.
