Educational Requirement : Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)
Other Requirement :
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear solutions.
  • Analyze occurrences and merits for taking legal actions.
  • Knowledge of legal frameworks, compliance, and regulatory requirements in Bangladesh.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture professional relationships with government officials and agencies.
  • Capability to think outside the box and create new methodologies for achieving organizational goals.
  • A “never-say-die” attitude, with a proven track record of overcoming challenges.
  • Good understanding of the law and practice of Bangladesh.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work out of office hours when necessary.
  • Experience : At least 3 years
    Responsibilities :
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards and Identify & mitigate legal risks.
  • Regularly update ongoing legal cases and investigations, and take necessary legal steps. Prepare Zone and Branch wise monthly reports regarding the (ongoing, dismissible) legal cases.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to hostel services and employees.
  • Represent the company in legal disputes, manage litigation processes.
  • Ensure protection of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
  • Advise on legal aspects related to employee matters, including contracts, grievances, and labor law compliance.
  • Handle negotiations and settlement agreements in dispute cases.
  • Providing support in company Tax, VAT, registration/ deed/ agreement etc.
  • Maintain & develop relationship with the Law Enforcement Agencies.
  • Perform other legal duties as assigned by management.
  • Stay updated on the latest legal trends, regulations, and industry practices.
