  • Must be smart and punctual. Good Command in communication to fulfill the target of monthly sales. Handling Customers with proper manners.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Computer skill, Customer Service, team work
  • Visa Processing, Customer Service, Microsoft Office Applications, Team work.
  • Good Command on email correspondence and writing/Speaking in English Capable to work on Multi sector.
  • Good at Facebook page maintaining and emailing.
  • Experienced in corporate customer handling.
  • Deal with costumer who will come for visa service.
  • Enough knowledge about visa processing, Tour Packaging, Air Ticketing.
  • Have to find out all Embassies visa requirement & delivery to costumer.
  • Visa form fill up & file ready.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of how to apply E-Visa.
  • Report to supervisor.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of how to Fill up American,
  • Canadian, England, Australia, Korea, Japan & Schengen Visa form, Create Hajj Package & keeps file ready.
  • Experience : 4 to 6 years
    Responsibilities :
  • Review visa applications, verify documents, and ensure that applicants meet all visa requirements.
  • Interview visa applicants to assess eligibility for travel or immigration to the destination country.
  • Input and manage application data in visa processing systems.
  • Approve or deny applications based on established criteria.
  • Ensure the authenticity of documents such as passports, employment letters, and financial records submitted by applicants.
  • Identify and mitigate cases of visa fraud, ensuring applicants provide accurate and honest information.
  • Stay updated on visa and immigration laws, ensuring decisions are in line with current regulations.
  • Provide clear and helpful communication to visa applicants about the status of their applications or additional steps required.
  • Work with other departments and agencies to gather required information or to escalate complicated cases.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards in call handling and email response practices.
  • Ensure the team meets qualitative and quantitative targets, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Take an active role in the development and implementation of customer support strategies.
